Prompt, Courteous, Competent, Reasonable

We have been utilizing Computer MD for several years to address our home-computer issues and have very much appreciated their prompt response and ability to solve our problems--big and little, emergent and nonemergent. Whether it is one of our PC's or Laptops, no job seems to be too big or too small. My own computer knowledge base is just large enough to make me dangerous, so they have been a great resource when things go wrong. Prompt, courteous, competent, reasonable. Can't ask for much more.

I want to say "thanks" for everything that you tech did for me. He was on time and started right away with the work required. He had a great attitude and was a pleasure to have here. He went above and beyond in helping me. I greatly appreciated everything that he did. He also made my computer faster and fixed it so that my backup program works faster and better.
